The box arrived quickly, and I didn’t see any dents or torn packs. Everything looked fine to me, so I’d say it came just as expected, right?

I’ve always liked Charmin because it’s soft and does the job well, but you definitely have to watch how much you use because if you grab too much at once the toilet can start draining slow and I did have one little clog after buying it, nothing major, just annoying, so I still think it’s better than a lot of other brands, you just have to be a little careful with it.

The rolls themselves are totally fine, but the big pack came with a rip on the side. Not the end of the world or anything, just kinda annoying when you’re trying to store it.

My skin gets irritated easily, but this has been totally fine for me so far. It feels soft and doesn’t have that scratchy feel at all, which I really appreciate. The only reason I’m taking off a star is because it can tear a bit too easily sometimes?? Still, overall I’m happy with it.

I grabbed these after seeing a few people say the rolls last longer, they were right. The sheet count is solid, and I’m not swapping out rolls nearly as often. Curious if others noticed the same thing, but for me they’ve definitely held up well

I had a question about an order from Charmin and sent them a message, not expecting to hear back anytime soon. They replied around the next day, which was a nice surprise. The person who answered was polite and actually responded to what I was asking, not just some generic copy-paste reply. It took one extra message to fully clear things up, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall it was good service. I’d give it about 4 stars.

I got my charmin order the first thing I noticed was how easy the pack was to open. No wrestling with the plastic, no hunting down scissors, none of that annoying stuff.
It also fits really nicely in my bathroom closet. The rolls stack well and don’t come tumbling out every time I grab one, which is more than I can say for some other packs I’ve bought.

Charmin is definitely soft, I’ll give it that. It feels nice to use and doesn’t have that rough, scratchy feel some cheaper brands have, so in that sense it feels “comfortable.”

That said, it almost feels “too soft” sometimes and can tear easier than I expected. For the price, I was hoping it would hold up a little better. It’s not bad, just not perfect.
